(1) Vendor needs to provide microgrid operation maintenance and preventive maintenance services to the government authority located in New Mexico.– Operations and Maintenance service program that includes Operation & Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Remote Monitoring Services, and Engineering Support to address the overall Microgrid system.– These services shall include all of the following Microgrid assets:– 1000 kW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). – Microgrid Controller. – Electrical Balance of Plant (eBoP) including Switchgear.– 1000 kW Natural Gas Generator.
