EXTRA-71962 - USA (Salem, Oregon) - Building Management System Replacement Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide building management system replacement services to the government authority located in Salem, OR.– Work will include demolition and removal of the existing BMS hardware, software, field controllers, sensors, and associated network infrastructure as required; installation of a new, fully integrated, open–protocol BMS capable of monitoring and controlling HVAC systems, central plant equipment, critical alarms, and energy–management functions; commissioning and functional testing of all new components and sequences; integration with existing facility systems where feasible; development of updated graphics, trend logs, and alarm routing; and provision of training and documentation for facility staff.(2) A mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.
