(1) Vendor needs to provide club banquets and events vendor services. – Offer services to potential wedding and special event patrons at the agency.– Support weddings, receptions, private events, and community gatherings hosted at agency.• Approved vendor program is intended to:– Provide renters with access to a trusted network of qualified event service providers.– Maintain consistent service standards and protect the quality and reputation of the club.– Ensure vendors are familiar with the facility's operational requirements, historic character and event policies.– Promote safe, professional and well–coordinated events that minimize impacts to surrounding public facilities and neighbouring properties.– Establish long–term partnerships with vendors that support the agency’s goal of providing exceptional event experiences.– Generate revenue to support the ongoing operation, maintenance and preservation of the club through a venue commission program.– Allow the agency flexibility to periodically evaluate vendor performance and maintain a diverse and competitive vendor pool that meets the evolving needs of renters.• Required vendor categories:– Catering services: Provide food service for events hosted at the facility, including menu planning, food preparation, service staff, setup and clean up.– Bartending services: Provide alcoholic and non–alcoholic beverage service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.   – Equipment rental services: Provide event–related rental equipment, including tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, staging, lighting, tents, heaters and other event furnishings.– Security guard services: Provide licensed security personnel for events as required by agency policies and event permit conditions.– DJ and musician services: Provide professional entertainment services, including music, sound equipment, announcements, and event production support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on July 6, 2026.
