MB-10318 - USA (Florida) - Third-Party Claims Administration and Workers Compensation Service - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party claims administration and workers compensation service.                             – A Third–Party Administrator (TPA) that aligns with our philosophy of meeting the reasonable, necessary, and related medical needs of our injured workers to facilitate an expedient and healthy return to work.– A partnership through innovative services, solutions, and technology that address workers' compensation claim management issues and needs.– The City desires a collaborative effort that yields creative, custom–designed programs and continually finds ways to strengthen and improve the relationship among claim management, provider network management, and the injured worker.• Adequate staffing to provide a high level of service and client satisfaction• Administration of all new and old claims for the life of the contract plus an additional 90 days; • Conversion of all old and existing claims data into their claim management system in a manner that makes the data accessible to the City and for other reporting purposes; • First notice of injury reporting services • All bill review services; • All indexing; • Field Case Management • All telephonic case management services; • Access to an internet–based information system; • Access to prescription benefit management services (PBM); • All provider network access– Services, which are to be included in the flat annual fee, may not be charged to claim files as Allocated Loss Adjusting Expenses, Medical Management Billing, or similar charges.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
