(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced metering infrastructure solution to the government authority located in Dallas, TX. – Provide implement an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) solution for a small, representative segment.– Provide and install equipment and software to support water system performance measurements such as unanticipated water use (customer leaks), diurnal distribution system pressure, and non–revenue water loss.– Provide and install at least 1000–meter end points with wide range of meter types.– Provide and install radio and cellular based communication systems as a service for which the Respondent is responsible for infrastructure installation and maintenance.– Provide and install standard backhaul technology connected to a Meter Data Management (MDM) system utilizing standard software.– Provide and install AMI system performance reporting including network response time, read interval success, latency, message throughput, and network redundancy.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.
