The City of Richmond (the “City”) is requesting information and feedback from qualified suppliers on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”). DPU seeks Advanced Metering Infrastructure (“AMI”) systems and solutions for existing City utility, water, and gas meters. Additionally, DPU is exploring new meters with start/stop capabilities for water service, potentially with integration capability with DPU’s new customer information system: Oracle CCS.
