Mather Golf Course Modular Building

Sacramento County Recreation and Parks Department wishes to purchase an approximately 1500 SF prefabricated new or used modular building with two (2) offices, two (2) fully functional bathrooms (one [1] with a shower), one (1) locker/storage room and one (1) break room/rest area. One (1) 24'x60' concrete slab and electrical, plumbing, sewage and telecommunication connections already exist onsite. Successful bidder is responsible for delivery, installation, hookups, tiedowns, levelling, skirting and all other work required for a safe and habitable workplace. As an option, County would like to have the existing modular building and associated equipment removed and legally disposed.
