Design Build Services for Randolph North Golf Course Irrigation Replacement and Turf Reduction

City of Tucson / Parks and Recreation

Description

The Randolph Golf Complex has a rich history dating back to 1925 and has hosted P.G.A. and L.P.G.A. events over the years. The complex consists of two (2) eighteen-hole courses, Dell Urich and Randolph North. Combined they attract around 100,000 rounds of golf per year with the winter months being the busiest. These two courses are the heart of the Tucson City Golf system and generate revenue that offsets operational loses at other courses. The City desires to select a qualified firm to provide turn-key design, permitting and construction of a new irrigation system on the Randolph North course. With a desire to conserve water into the future, the City desires to also implement a turf reduction program during the irrigation system replacement.
