(1) Vendor needs to provide transit advertising services. • All advertising shall be of professional quality, shall not contain any rotating, revolving, flashing, or noise–making device, or any other lighted or moving parts; and shall not interfere with traffic or conflict with any traffic control devices.• All advertisements shall clearly, conspicuously, and unambiguously identify the person(s) or entity that has sponsored, paid for, or cause the advertisement to be placed on property.• Website address or phone numbers, without more, are insufficient attributions.
