(1) Vendor needs to provide bus stop real time screens and annunciators services to implement real–time arrival display signage and push button annunciators to share real–time transit arrival information for services at bus stops to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.– The arrival signage and annunciators will integrate with an existing AVL/CAD system to receive real–time data on vehicle locations and present the information to passengers, both digitally through the arrival signage and verbally, through the push button annunciators.  – Providing real–time passenger information such as next vehicle arrivals, service disruption alerts, and other key updates.– While real–time arrival information is already available online and on smartphone apps, real–time arrival information at bus stops provides this useful information to all transit users and passersby, regardless of their access to a smartphone.• Real–time arrival signs for bus stops should be no larger than 20 inches to easily fit at multiple bus stops. • A complete, integrated power solution, that can be standalone (i.e. mounted on a bus stop pole and not, for instance, mounted on a bus stop shelter roof). • All real–time arrival signs should have appropriate brightness for legibility in direct sunlight. Dynamic dimming capability to reduce light pollution at night will be considered as a positive. • Signage and push button annunciators must meet ADA requirements for mounting height and accessibility. • All real–time arrival signs should provide at least a 4G connection via a cellular modem. • All real–time arrival signs shall be lockable and include vandal resistant enclosures that leave no exposed access or ports.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
