On-Call Geotechnical Engineering Services

The City desires to procure services of a maximum of three outside organizations to help the City with its geotechnical engineering needs for a wide variety of Capital Improvement Projects that range in project cost. Such services include, but are not limited to: geotechnical engineering services, including soils and geologic exploration, analysis, and recommendations in conjunction with project design and all services that are customarily rendered for code and QA/QC inspection including special inspection of construction trades work, geotechnical monitoring and testing, investigations and analyses and various materials sampling, testing, and inspection. At least 5 years of experience providing similar services for a variety of projects that range in magnitude and scope, as is characteristic of on-call contracts, is required to oversee the work, stamp, and sign all project related documents as required for city-owned building and infrastructure projects.
