On-Call Engineering, Plan Check, Surveying, Geotechnical and Inspection Services

The City of Calabasas Public Works Department is requesting proposals from qualified engineering professionals to provide on-call engineering, plan check, surveying, geotechnical and inspection services. These services will be on an as-needed basis. The City intends to award one or more contracts to provide the requested services for a two-year term, with up to three one-year extensions. The services will be conducted under a contract with the City of Calabasas, hereafter refer to as “the City”. The engineering consultant entity is hereafter referred to as “the Consultant”. Qualified entities are invited to submit competitive sealed proposals for consideration in accordance with this request. Proposals will not be accepted if submitted in any manner other than as prescribed within this RFP. All proposals are due through the City's OpenGov Procurement portal prior to 2:00 pm on Monday, December 22, 2025 . No late submittals will be accepted by the City.
