(1) Vendor needs to provide executive management search firm services for chancellor to the government authority located in Camarillo, CA.– Requires executive search services to support the identification and selection of a Chancellor.– Work with the board and district legal counsel through all phases of the chancellor search and selection process.– Develop a Position Profile and Outreach Plan– Assist with the development of a comprehensive position profile for the chancellor, and support the development, advertisement, and distribution of the position announcement.– Develop and implement an inclusive stakeholder engagement plan that provides meaningful opportunities for participation and input from students, faculty, classified professionals, administrators, community members, local government representatives, business and industry partners, and other key stakeholders(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
