Description
The City of Clermont is seeking proposals for the performance of executive search services for the position of City Manager. The successful company must have the experience and expertise in conducting executive searches in the public sector. Proposals submitted must provide sufficient detail and information to complete an evaluation of the respondent’s merit. A lump sum fee will be negotiated with the finalist. It is anticipated that the contract will be a lump sum including expenses with a not to exceed maximum amount. A cost proposal is required as part of the response to this RFP.
