Vendor needs to provide research publication designing service. – Research reports, including cover design, interior layout, figures, and tables– Policy briefs and working papers– Fact sheets and one–pagers– Typical tasks include:• Laying out text and tables in Adobe InDesign, and producing charts and figures in Adobe Illustrator, using content provided by Organization researchers• Applying Organization brand guidelines consistently across all publications (templates and style guide provided)• Preparing print–ready and web–optimized PDF files• Incorporating reviewer edits and revisions across multiple rounds of feedback• Maintaining organized, labeled source files and delivering final packaged files• Communicating proactively with Organization staff about timelines and project status
