DRA-10864 - USA (Champaign, Illinois) - Pre-Demolition Asbestos Survey Services - Deadline June 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–demolition asbestos survey services to the government authority located in Champaign, IL.• A minimum of three samples will be taken for every homogenous area identified during the survey.• Conduct inspections using the 3–5–7 rule during sampling per EPA rules and regulations.• Follow EPA rules and regulations in determining how many samples are needed from each property.• Since the homes will be demolished, destructive sampling is allowed.• Digital photos with a homogenous identifier will be provided for each homogenous area along with a photo of the subject property.• Quantify asbestos containing materials.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 18, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
