(1) Vendor needs to provide surplus county property demolition services to the government authority located in Jackson, MO.• Demolition of all structures, foundations, slabs, pavement, outbuildings and ancillary improvements. This includes six structures on site. • Removal and lawful disposal of all debris. • Termination, capping and documentation of all utilities. • Identification and safe removal of hazardous materials (asbestos, lead–based paint, etc.) if present. • Backfilling, grading and stabilization of the site to a safe and clean condition. • Erosion control measures as required. • Protection of adjacent properties, streets, and public rights–of–way. (2) A volunteer pre–bid site–inspection will be held on August 05, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
