(1) Vendor needs to provide demolition of surplus property services to the government authority located in Independence, MO.– Demolition of all structures, foundations, slabs, pavement, outbuildings and ancillary improvements. – This includes six structures on site. – Removal and lawful disposal of all debris. – Termination, capping and documentation of all utilities. – Identification and safe removal of hazardous materials (asbestos, lead–based paint, etc.) if present. – Backfilling, grading and stabilization of the site to a safe and clean condition. – Erosion control measures as required. – Protection of adjacent properties, streets, and public rights–of–way. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 05, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
