On-Call Development Plan Review Services

The County of Mohave, on behalf of the Department Name , is inviting the submission of Statements of Qualification (“SOQ”) from firms or individuals qualified to offer Project Title . All proposals are due before Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select planning and engineering consultant(s) to provide professional plan review services for the County's planning and zoning projects. To ensure adequate contract coverage, the County intends to select up to four (4) consultants to provide services on an on-call and as-needed basis. The County informs all potential offerors that all services performed under the terms of the resulting contract(s) shall be on an "as-needed" hourly basis and only during times required by and under the direction of the Mohave County Development Services Director or designee. There is no guarantee of volume of work. In addition, services may be requested on an irregular or interrupted work schedule, with no continuous working hours, based on the needs of the Development Services Director.
