On-Call Development Engineering - Professional Services

The City of Benicia Community Development Department seeks professional proposals to provide detailed and thorough development engineering reviews for private development projects consisting of grading and erosion control plans, storm drainage, and sewer. Typical plans include single-family home construction, subdivision construction, grading and earth-disturbing activities, and commercial/industrial construction. The goal is to minimize response time and improve customer service by supplementing in-house staff with consulting services. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: On-Call Development Engineering Professional Review Services (Private Development): Grading and Drainage Plans Subdivision and Site Improvement Plans Erosion Control Plans Traffic Analysis Feasibility Studies for Water, Sewer, and Drainage Hydrology and Hydraulic reports Soils and Geological Reports Storm Water Control Plans Storm Drainage Tentative and Final Subdivision or Parcel Map Lot Line Adjustments Easement and Right of Way Documents Construction Cost Estimates Shoreline Development Review
