Professional On-Call Planning Services

Project Title The City of Lake Forest's Community Development Department uses consulting firms to provide development-related planning services on an on-call, as-needed basis when there are staffing vacancies or the workload exceeds the capacity of full-time staff. Planning-related services provided may include the review of land use applications, preparation of staff reports for the Planning Commission and/or City Council, plan check of development plans, inspection of newly constructed projects for compliance with conditions of approval, and assisting the general public in person and on the telephone.
