Intent to Single Source- Siemens Fire Alarm System at TPD

Siemens Smart infrastructure will provide Fire Alarm Life Safety Service for the Tampa Police Department facility fire alarm control panels and all hardware components associated with this system including but not limited to system connected initiating and indicating devices, power supplies, etc. Siemens is the manufacturer of the existing fire alarm control system. The hardware and software associated with this system will require hardware, firmware and software upgrades which are proprietary to Siemens. ln addition, all addressable initiating devices will be upgraded and replaced with current technology equipment. Siemens migration and upgrade process will eliminate substantial system downtime while maintaining the system functionality requirements to ensure that the system operates at maximum efficiency and meet current standards.
