Description
RTD is seeking proposals from experienced, qualified firms to provide consulting services related to the identification and implementation of a holistic enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution suitable for a large, complex public transit organization. Specifically, RTD is interested in conducting a thoughtful analysis of the current state of the agency’s existing ERP framework in order to strategically implement enhancements or, as necessary, to identify more effective and efficient solutions for user groups within the environment, which could include the future procurement of additional technology solutions. The ERP Consultant selected by way of this solicitation will focus on RTD’s immediate ERP needs while offering an external perspective and suggesting best practices for the agency to achieve ERP architecture maturity over a longer time scale.
