(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits consulting and brokerage services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – Provide a full range of services related to the implementation, maintenance, analysis, improvement and communication of employee benefits and insurance programs. –Employee benefits consulting and brokerage services:• Employee health and welfare plan analysis:– Provide on an annual basis employee health and welfare plan analysis (Plan) services to review placement and performance of the agency’s current employee benefits coverage and establish objectives and strategies for placement of benefit coverage for the agency’s plan. – Advise or make recommendations for, and assist in implementation of any federal/state health care reform or any other pertinent upcoming legislation.• Representation, marketing, and consulting services: provide representation, marketing, and consulting services:– Conduct an annual marketing of the agency’s health and welfare benefit options and identify potential carriers/providers for the plan coverage, or upon request by the human resources director and/or team members and negotiate on agency’s behalf with such carriers/providers. • Technical assistance: Assist in the enhancement of the agency’s wellness program and the continued development of wellness incentives in support of the employee health Plan designs by performing the following:– Provide recommendations for the continued development of the wellness program.– Provide a wellness and incentive program models for optimal impact and success, and assist the agency in performing Return on Investment (ROI) analysis and calculation.– Participate in teleconferences to facilitate best practices.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
