(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety building architectural and needs assessment services to the government authority located in Newfields, NH.• Obtain and review the survey, topographic, and wetland delineation data from the Town's site consultant. • Coordinate directly with that consultant so layout reflects boundary lines, wetland buffers, slopes, and access points. • Test how the space program fits on the buildable area of the four parcels, about 15 acres total. • Develop one or more conceptual site and floor layouts, including parking, apparatus access, and circulation. • Prepare conceptual exterior renderings of the proposed complex. • Prepare a conceptual site plan and floor plan diagrams that a general audience can read.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
