ARPA Traffic CCTV Installations

The DECPR Camera Administration (“Administration”) is tasked with administering all CCTV assets owned by the City of Richmond. As part of this work, the Administration uses vendors to accomplish much of the labor of installing CCTV assets. The general scope of work is to install CCTV cameras around the City of Richmond using a variety of mounting methods. In many cases, the Vendor will be asked to design the CCTV architecture at the project site. In other cases, detailed designs may be provided to guide in the installation process. Some projects may require sourcing of parts through the Vendor, while other projects may be supplied from City resources on-hand.
