Traffic Compound Flooring Removal and Installation

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to furnish, remove, dispose of, and install new flooring and associated finish trim throughout the Traffic Compound Facility office area, in accordance with the attached, as-built building plans. Work includes all offices, hallways, conference rooms, operations areas, break room, bathrooms, and related spaces as outlined in the attached building plan. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of existing flooring, prepare substrates as required, and furnish and install new flooring and associated finish trim for a complete installation. The City will be responsible for moving all IT equipment and employee personal effects. The Contractor will be responsible for moving larger furniture. Work shall be performed in phases, progressing from area to area, with demolition and installation completed in each area before proceeding to the next. The phased approach shall be coordinated with and approved by the Traffic Operations Onsite Manager prior to beginning work in a new area.
