The City of Santa Monica's Department of Transportation (referred to hereafter as “the City”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional consulting services on Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) labor compliance issues on construction projects. These consulting services will be first utilized on our 7th Street Construction project in 2022 to ensure compliance with FTA regulations and requirements, with the expectation that the successful firm will continue to consult on future DBE compliance needs as required by the City.
