Orchard Core Development Consulting Services for the City of Santa Monica

The City of Santa Monica is seeking qualified vendors to provide Orchard Core development, consulting, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for its public-facing websites. The selected vendor will work closely with the City’s project manager to deliver a wide range of services, including page development, code repository management, code releases, system architecture updates, and security enhancements. As part of this engagement, the City is committed to creating an equitable and inclusive digital experience for all users. Deliverables must meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and may require additional functionality to support inclusive access for the Santa Monica community. This Request for Bids (RFB) is structured for work to be completed on a per-project basis, with pricing based on a flat hourly rate. Vendors will provide project-specific quotes before beginning work, and all services will adhere to the City’s established development and accessibility standards. The City intends to establish a 3 year agreement with 2 optional annual renewals.
