EXTRA-72791 - USA (Ohio) - Fish Access Area Vegetation Control Service - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fish access area vegetation control service to the government authority located in OH.1) This project will encompass two rounds of applications for nine (9) separate fishing and boating areas in agency2) Spraying will occur in mid to late May and (this time frame can be moved some, but spraying willoccur during the active growing season).3) Most target areas are adjacent to public water bodies and will require herbicides approved for aquatic applications. Overall, the areas to be sprayed consists of a mix of broadleaf and woody vegetation. – The spraying plan must account for both types of weeds. No toxic or non–approved herbicides will be allowed. Any damages to adjoining properties will result in termination of Contract and repair/replacement costs of damages will be sole responsibility of Contractor.4) The contractor will be required to provide a list of all proposed herbicides by site to the area manager (Mike Wilkerson) prior to each application.5) One area will require access through private property. The contractor must notify the property owner prior to application. Proper signage will/may be required to signify spraying is in progress.6) There are (eight) aerial photos showing the exact locations. In those 8 photos, areas requiring spraying are designated by Yellow Lines.7) Several areas may require use of small off–road vehicles (such as 4x4 or atv type vehicles/equipment) with spray tanks/hoses attached to allow access to certain areas. Some areas may require hand–held(2) The contract period will be for one year.
