RFQ Feria Southside: Event Management and Marketing/Communications

The City of Santa Fe’s Office of Economic Development seeks qualified nonprofit or community-serving organizations to partner in delivering Feria Southside 2025–26 , a cycle of community markets, workshops, and networking opportunities designed to support Hispanic and immigrant entrepreneurs. To reflect project needs and best practices, the City will award two separate agreements under this Request for Qualifications (RFQ): Event Management (up to $45,000) Marketing & Communications (up to $30,000) Applicants may submit a quote for one scope only . Vendors are not eligible for award of both agreements. Awardees will be expected to collaborate closely, share databases with the City of Santa Fe, and co-develop integrated event campaigns. This RFQ supports three markets, two bilingual workshops (with childcare), and one networking event to be delivered between December 2025 and June 2026. It also expands the City’s outreach through monthly newsletters and bilingual marketing campaigns, ensuring broad and equitable access to programs.
