Event Production & Management - 4th of July/America 250 Event

The City of Homestead invites sealed proposals from qualified and eligible entities to provide Event and Production Management Services in support of the City of Homestead's "Race to the Fourth - America 250 Celebration" event. The City of Homestead is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages participation from MBE/WBE/DBE businesses. A NON-MANDATORY pre-proposal conference will be held on Pre-Proposal Date at Pre-Proposal Time in Pre-Proposal Location . Attendance at this conference is not mandatory but is highly advised. At that conference all work will be discussed and all questions answered. No questions will be answered verbally except at the Pre-Proposal Conference. Bidders shall submit all inquiries via the City e-Procurement Portal, located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhomestead . Please note the deadline for submitting inquiries. All answers to inquiries will be posted on the City e-Procurement Portal. Bidders shall also click “Follow” on this bid to receive an email notification when answers are posted. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check the website for answers to inquiries. A NON-MANDATORY site visit of the event venue, Miami-Homestead Speedway, will be provided. The date and time is still to be determined and will be announced at the pre-proposal conference and posted here to the solicitation. Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory.
