No questions will be answered verbally except at the Pre-Proposal Conference. Bidders shall submit all inquiries via the City e-Procurement Portal, located at&nbsp;<a href=\"https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhomestead\">https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhomestead</a>. Please note the deadline for submitting inquiries. All answers to inquiries will be posted on the City e-Procurement Portal. <em><strong>Bidders shall also click &ldquo;Follow&rdquo; on this bid to receive an email notification when answers are posted. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check the website for answers to inquiries.&nbsp;</strong></em></p><p>A NON-MANDATORY site visit of the event venue, Miami-Homestead Speedway, will be provided. The date and time is still to be determined and will be announced at the pre-proposal conference and posted here to the solicitation. Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory.</p>",
