Vendor needs to provide personnel flight support services to the government authority located in Patrick SFB, FL. – Provide top quality, customer–oriented personnel services to the workforce of agency.– Provide all management, personnel, transportation, supervision and other items and non–personal services necessary to perform, establish and maintain customer service capability within the agency.– Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints within three–business days, if unable to provide an immediate response. – Follow–up on all inquiries and complaints until resolved.– Advise and/or direct customers to other appropriate agencies within the agency and base–wide, as required.
