The work to be performed consists of the CONTRACTOR furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the proposed project, complete in place in accordance with the contract drawings and specification for the Jefferson School Pickleball Courts project and subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The work includes, but is not limited to: Construct two new pickleball courts at Jefferson School.
