Description
The City of Homestead Development Services Department invites sealed proposals from firms or individuals experienced in building permitting, plan review and inspection services. The resulting agreement shall be to provide building permitting, plan review and inspection services to assure compliance with all applicable adopted codes, other city ordinances, and applicable county, state and federal laws. The City of Homestead is an Equal Opportunity Employer. MBE/WBE/DBE businesses are encouraged to participate. It is not required that the successful Proposer have previous experience with the City of Homestead.
