These services include:</p><ul data-end=\"652\" data-start=\"212\"><li data-end=\"343\" data-start=\"212\"><p data-end=\"343\" data-start=\"214\"><strong data-end=\"237\" data-start=\"214\">Building Inspection</strong>: To ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations for ongoing and future construction projects.</p></li><li data-end=\"460\" data-start=\"344\"><p data-end=\"460\" data-start=\"346\"><strong data-end=\"361\" data-start=\"346\">Plan Review</strong>: To evaluate construction documents for code compliance and provide timely feedback to applicants.</p></li><li data-end=\"652\" data-start=\"461\"><p data-end=\"652\" data-start=\"463\"><strong data-end=\"493\" data-start=\"463\">Permit Technician Services</strong>: To support front counter operations, assist customers with permit applications, and provide general administrative support related to the permitting process.</p></li></ul><p data-is-only-node=\"\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-end=\"839\" data-start=\"654\">These services are necessary to maintain operational efficiency, accommodate fluctuations in workload, and uphold the City's commitment to public safety and responsive service delivery.</p>",
