– Perform a full range of consulting services related to the design, implementation, maintenance, communication, and improvement of the benefit programs that are currently offered, or may be offered in the future, to employees and retirees.– Contractor shall demonstrate the capability, qualifications, staffing resources, and experience necessary to perform the following services:• Perform benefit alternative reviews, funding analyses, and actuarial services• Assist with program evaluations, performance assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives• Provide expertise, advice, and recommendations as requested– Provide expert advice concerning Medicare–related programs and strategies, including Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Part D programs, and other retiree health plan alternatives.– Assist with annual funding analyses, financial forecasting, reserve evaluations, and projections for future fiscal years of expenses and revenues, including presentations to the Board of Directors when requested.– Assist and evaluate retiree health plan options.– Provide assistance during the implementation of a new Medical Third–Party Administrator, Provide and assist with implementation oversight and validation services for new Medical Third–Party Administrators, PBMs, and Medicare Advantage administrators.
