Health Center(s) for Comprehensive Primary Care and Health Management Services

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide comprehensive primary care and other health services through Health Center(s) for eligible active employees, their dependents, pre-65 retirees and City Council Members of the City of Newport News enrolled in the City’s health benefits program.
