DISASTER RESPONSE AND RECOVERY CONTINGENCY SERVICES

A. Purpose The County of San Benito (County), Office of Emergency Services, is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide Disaster Response and Recovery Contingency Services. The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the proposals received. B. RFP Contact All correspondence, including Proposals and questions, must be through the OpenGov system. All Proposers must register with the OpenGov system prior to the date and time to submit the proposal or they will be disqualified. C. Contract Term Services to be provided under this Request for Proposals (RFP) are outlined under Section IV, Scope of Work. The Contract period will be for a maximum of five (5) years beginning on contract award date. D. Location of Services Location(s) where Services are to be provided, completed and managed are throughout San Benito County as required for response to a disaster. The Proposer must include in Proposal, Attachment E - Cost, all transportation, lodging, and per diem costs sufficient to pay its personnel and travel to the aforementioned locations. E. Assistance to Proposers with a Disability Proposers with a disability may request accommodation regarding the means of communicating this RFP or participating in the procurement process. Questions regarding the contents of this RFP must be submitted in writing through the OpenGov system on or before the Deadline for Submission of Questions. Proposals must be submitted through the due date in the OpenGov system.
