DEBT-2102 - USA (North Las Vegas, Nevada) - Utility Department Collection Agency Services - Deadline June 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide utility department collection agency services to the government authority located in North Las Vegas, NV.  – Collection efforts shall include letters, skip–tracing, telephone calls, and credit bureau inquiries.– Service provider will not be allowed to settle any accounts for less than the total amount due without the authorization of the city.– The service provider will suspend any and all activity on any case or debt category at the written request of the city.– Service provider must be able to effect collection in all 50 states.– All development and postal costs of any kind are to be borne by service provider.(2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on June 2, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 9, 2026.
