Description
The City of Sierra Vista is soliciting statements of qualifications to establish a Job Order Contract (JOC) with qualified Contractors to provide general construction and facility maintenance services on an as-needed basis. Contractors shall support a broad range of tasks including small building construction and expansion projects, repairs/upgrades, renovations, and emergency response services across City-owned buildings. The contract term shall be for one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms, not to exceed five total contract years. The City anticipates making multiple awards. All work shall meet high standards of quality, adhere to strict safety protocols, and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
