Description

The City of Surprise, Arizona (the “City”) is seeking experienced contractors to provide construction and maintenance services for Project Title , and related services, on an as-needed basis at various project locations throughout the City. The contract will be utilizing a Job Order Contracting (“JOC”) project delivery method. It is the intent of the City to select up to five (5) contractors for the JOC awarded list. The basis for this decision is at the sole discretion of the City. The initial term of the JOC will be for a minimum of three (3) years and may be renewed up to two (2) additional one-year terms. Renewal of the contract will be based on the needs of the City. The individual job order contract project maximum amount is $4,000,000.
