DEOC Fire Alarm and Suppression Maintenance and Service Job Order Contract

Description

This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for repairs, alterations to existing facilities, emergency repairs and new construction, as the City deems appropriate. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, full service of fire alarm and suppression systems, including various monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual testing, inspection, maintenance, repairs, and miscellaneous associated work at such times and locations as required. Bidders must be Edwards System Technology factory certified technicians. The work shall be located at the DHRA Enterprise Operations Center (DEOC) building located at 400 Gigling Road, Seaside, CA 93955 .
