(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud suite managed services. – Business application support provide functional and technical support services for all in–scope infor cloudsuite applications, including TO FSM, SCM, HCM and GHR, PAYROLL, WFM, INFOR OS, IDM, data FABRIC, ION, API gateway, landmark, and related technologies.– Provide security administration support, including how you will: advise the agency security team on best practices for landmark and ifs security; support landmark security administration; and assist, as requested and required, with detailed security issues.(2) The contract period will be for three years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9,2026.
