Description
The County of Orange (County) Health Care Agency (HCA) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide Early Intervention Services for Older Adults (EISOA) . The primary goal of this program is to increase access to mental health treatment services and supports through linking eligible, older adults (including monolingual non-English speakers) to behavioral health services, providing case management, and socialization supports to reduce risk factors such as decreased physical activity, isolation, and misuse of substances while increasing protective factors.
