The City of Pasadena is requesting proposals for a qualified contractor to provide services related to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) for compliance with the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) as established by the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board. The City owns, operates, and maintains various stormwater best management practices, including catch basins, some of which are equipped with screens. The scope of work includes providing annual wet season and dry season catch basin cleaning services for all City-owned catch basins. This procurement is funded by Los Angeles County Flood Control District's Safe, Clean Water Program. Vendors must submit all required documents with their proposal.
