The County anticipates contract award to one vendor for mowing services and a Primary and a Secondary vendor/contractor for trash/debris removal and disposal services. The vendor/contractor may submit pricing on one or more groups to be considered for award.</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(17, 17, 17);\">Services </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(17, 17, 17);\">shall be provided on an as needed basis and </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(38, 38, 38);\">performed </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(17, 17, 17);\">on various types of property such as unimproved lots, residential, or commercial improved properties.&nbsp; Mowing project sites will consist of grass eighteen inches (18\")</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(17, 17, 17);\"> tall and has the potential to be accessible only through a walk-through gate.&nbsp; &nbsp;Trash/debris removal and disposal shall include but not limited to tires, household trash, car parts</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(68, 68, 68);\">, </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(17, 17, 17);\">mobile home </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(38, 38, 38);\">remnants, </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(17, 17, 17);\">burned structure remnants, abandoned vehicles, derelict boats, etc</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: dimgray;\">. </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(38, 38, 38);\">The vendor/contractor may submit pricing on one or more group items to be considered for award.</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(38, 38, 38);\">This is an indefinite quantity contract with no guarantee of the use of services or guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount to be expended.&nbsp; All work shall be in strict compliance with the latest codes, standards, and practices, and in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws.</span></p></div></section>",
