Mowing and Trash/Debris Removal Services, As Needed

Vendor/Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to accomplish lot mowing and/or trash/ debris removal and disposal services, as needed at various property locations within Hernando County that are in violation of Hernando County Property Code Ordinances. The County anticipates contract award to one vendor for mowing services and a Primary and a Secondary vendor/contractor for trash/debris removal and disposal services. The vendor/contractor may submit pricing on one or more groups to be considered for award. Services shall be provided on an as needed basis and performed on various types of property such as unimproved lots, residential, or commercial improved properties. Mowing project sites will consist of grass eighteen inches (18") tall and has the potential to be accessible only through a walk-through gate. Trash/debris removal and disposal shall include but not limited to tires, household trash, car parts, mobile home remnants, burned structure remnants, abandoned vehicles, derelict boats, etc. This is an indefinite quantity contract with no guarantee of the use of services or guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount to be expended. All work shall be in strict compliance with the latest codes, standards, and practices, and in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws.
