(1) Vendor needs to provide upgrade generator control system to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Execution planning– Decommissioning, Removal and disposal of existing generator control system– Disconnection, removal and disposal of existing ACON Generator control system– Delivery, installation and commissioning of new generator control system– Delivery (HW & SW), installation and connection of new DSE 8620MKII (or equal) control system– The Contractor guarantees spare parts availability (software and hardware components) for a minimum of 10 years.– Commissioning, test run– Customer training/documentation
