Richland County is seeking qualified consultants or firms to provide professional services for the objective and consistent review and scoring of internal grant applications submitted by various agencies. The selected partner will assist with evaluating grant proposals to ensure alignment with the County’s strategic priorities, equitable resource allocation, and the optimal use of public funds. Interested and qualified firms are invited to submit their proposals electronically through OpenGov as part of the official qualification and submission process.
