The County of Orange, Office of the District Attorney – Public Administrator is requesting competitive bids from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Bidder”) for Evaluation Services for Organized Retail Theft Vertical Prosecution Grant Program. The awarded Contract will be between the County and awarded Bidder in accordance with the Model Contract terms, conditions, Scope of Work and Pricing/Compensation.
